In the Odessa region of Ukraine, two six-year-old girls were seriously injured after being caught in a makeshift trap from thieves, which the father of one of them set in a barn. REN TV reported about this on Saturday, December 26, with reference to the press service of the National Police of the Odessa region.
According to preliminary data, the girls played in the yard and at some point ran into the barn, where the father of one of them set a trap in which he wanted to catch the thieves. The trap worked, and the barn owner's daughter was injured in her legs, and her friend was injured in the abdomen. The parents of the children were in the house at the time of the incident.
Law enforcement agencies have already become interested in the incident. At present, the question of initiating a criminal case against the organizer of the trap is being decided.
On December 8, it was reported that in Tatarstan, the 52-year-old head of the local executive committee accidentally shot a 38-year-old woman who asked to be rid of the fox that annoyed her.
