The head of Ukrainian intelligence said this on the air of a joint telethon in Friday, July 22.
“I won't directly answer this question (about Putin's condition — ed.), I'll just hint. Please, look at the moment when conditional Putin got off the plane. Is it Putin at all?” Budanov answered shortly.
Note that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin was recently on a visit to Iran and when he left from the plane, limping noticeably.
