Ukrainian Foreign Minister Kuleba on talks with Josep Borrell: discussed security

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba revealed the details of talks with the High Representative of the European Union (EU) for Foreign Policy and Security Josep Borrell. He commented on the telephone conversation with the head of European diplomacy on his Twitter page.
“In today's call, Josep Borrell and I discussed the security situation. We both agreed on a key principle: decisions on the security of Ukraine can be made only with the participation of Ukraine, and decisions on European security – with the participation of the EU, ”he wrote.
Also during the talks, Borrell and Kuleba discussed the risk of a possible Russian “invasion” of Ukraine.
Earlier, Borrell, following the talks, said that the European Union is closely coordinating its actions with transatlantic partners regarding Russia's proposals on security guarantees.
