During the month of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the Armed Forces of Ukraine significantly increased the number of tanks due to enemy losses. This was written by a Forbes analyst in aerospace and defense by David Ax.
According to the newspaper's calculations, Ukraine has lost approximately 74 tanks since the beginning of the war, but captured at least 117 Russian ones.
In other words, the Ukrainian army may now have more tanks than a month ago, and all this without creating a single new tank or pulling old equipment from warehouses,” Ax explains.
