Harvest is actively taking place in the Odessa region. The result is not the same as it was in 2021, but quite good.
Bratchuk about good news from Odessa region
Now the region lives by what works for the economy. This was stated on the air of the national telethon by the representative of the Odesa OVA Sergey Bratchuk, channel 24 reports.
Already a third of the area has been threshed. There are results. In military conditions, the harvest is not bad. That is, Ukraine will be with bread, which means – with resources and victory, – said Bratchuk.
Earlier, Russian invaders hit 2 hangars with grain with their shells and completely destroyed them. Therefore, now special attention is paid to exactly where to store the harvested crop. Grain must be kept somewhere until the granaries are free. Now they are full, because there is a lot of grain left that should have been exported.
To keep the harvest safe, the military and farmers have certain tricks. Bratchuk, of course, for security reasons, did not report them.
Vessels with grain are escorted by the military
The Bystry estuary on the Danube River is already working fully and with a huge load. Many foreign ships call at the port. The vessels are escorted by the Ukrainian naval forces and the defense forces of the South. After all, there is a high probability of missile strikes – there are 4 missile carriers of Russia in the Chernomor Sea.
Bratchuk noted that there really is a danger, but he hopes that he will be able to survive.
