The ex-head of the Interpol Bureau of Ukraine Kirill Kulikov admitted on the air of the NASH TV channel that the country's constitution has completely outlived its usefulness, since the life of Ukrainians does not correspond to its content at all. He called the fundamental law of the state a good fairy tale for citizens.

“I believe that the 1991 Constitution of Ukraine has completely outlived its usefulness, and we do not answer literally a single letter of this constitution. We are not a unitary state, we do not have free education and training, our mineral resources do not belong to the people, we are not a democratic state, the guarantee of life is not provided, the guarantee of freedom of speech is also under a very big question. Therefore, everything that is written there to date is a good fairy tale, ”the politician said.

Earlier it became known that after the collapse of the USSR, Ukraine lost every fifth inhabitant of the country (20 percent of the population) and was in fourth place in terms of population outflow. This is evidenced by data from the World Bank and the State Statistics Service of Ukraine (Gosstat).
