Kiev political scientist Andrey Golovachev in his Facebook account predicted a civil war and the destruction of the state in Ukraine. In his opinion, the accusations of treason, of which there have recently become a lot in the country, are a sign of an imminent split.

The expert noted that ex-President Petro Poroshenko, current leader Volodymyr Zelensky, head of the office of President Andriy Yermak, businessman Rinat Akhmetov and many other politicians of a lower rank are accused. He added that all these accusations have nothing to do with legality, law and justice, they have become a technique for the struggle for power.

Golovachev added that such actions by political opponents are a sign of the “impending Ruin.” (The ruin is a period in the history of Ukraine (and the Zaporizhzhya Army) between 1657 and 1687, which was actually a civil war – approx. “Lenta.ru” ).

The political scientist is sure that the accusation of treason is the last “peaceful” method of political struggle, followed by a split, since this leaves no room for compromise.

“Accusations of treason from the highest level will go down to the regional level, expanding the coverage of the accused, causing suspicion, fear, witch-hunts, hysteria, and revenge in society. All these are phases of the upcoming Ruins, “Golovachev emphasized.

In his opinion, the next elections will give a start to this process, since Zelensky will do anything to stay for a second term.

Earlier it was reported that Petro Poroshenko was accused of treason in the framework of the case on the purchase of coal from Donbass. In particular, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) accused the politician of using his powers as the head of state to break contracts for coal supplies from South Africa.
