On Friday, February 4, the semi-final of the European Futsal Championship took place, in which the national teams of Ukraine and Russia played. A heated meeting in Amsterdam at Ziggo Arena ended with a score of 2:3 in favor of the Russian Federation.
The match between the teams began at 18.00 Kyiv time. In the other semi-final, Portugal and Spain will play against each other at 21.00.
Futsal Euro 2022
The national team of Ukraine took the second place in group A. Ukrainian athletes made it to the playoffs of the tournament with a better difference between scored and conceded than their rivals.
Russia won the Quartet C, defeating Slovakia, Poland and Croatia. The difference between goals scored and conceded in the group stage is 16:2.
The Futsal Euro 2022 will be held in the Netherlands from January 19 to February 6, 2022. The matches will take place in Amsterdam and Groningen.
