Ukraine filed a lawsuit against Russia in court in The Hague – Zelensky

Ukraine has officially sent a lawsuit against Russia to the International Court of Justice in The Hague because of its military aggression against our state.

This was announced by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.

Kyiv insists that the court ordered the Russian Federation to stop hostilities in Ukraine and scheduled hearings for next week.

– Ukraine has officially filed a lawsuit against Russia with the International Court of Justice in The Hague. We demand that Russia be held accountable for distorting the concept of genocide in order to justify aggression. We ask the court to immediately order the Russian Federation to cease hostilities and schedule hearings next week,” Zelensky stressed.
