The head of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), Dana White, spoke about the injury of Russian Khabib Nurmagomedov three weeks before the fight with Justin Gage. The words of the functionary were heard during a press conference after the UFC 254 tournament, TASS reports.
White stressed that the fight was on the verge of collapse due to the fracture of Nurmagomedov's foot. The 32-year-old Russian was injured in preparation for the battle and was in the hospital.
