In the Smolensk region of the Russian Federation, in the city of Yartsevo, on the night of December 31, an air attack took place on a local oil depot with the help of UAV.
It is reported that the attack resulted in a fire at the facility.
“As a result of the enemy attack, a fire occurred. The Emergencies Ministry crews are currently working at the scene and are extinguishing the open flame,” wrote the head of the Yartsevo district, Roman Zakharov.
Zakharov also said that special services and competent authorities are investigating this situation.
Recall that it was previously reported that The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed the strike on the oil depot in the Oryol region.
