The US Department of Commerce named Russian and Chinese organizations that allegedly cooperate with the armed forces of the two countries. The list is published on the website of the department.
In particular, the Ministry of Defense, the Foreign Intelligence Service, the Progress Rocket and Space Center, Rosoboronexport, as well as the Rostec corporation, MiG companies, Sukhoi Civil Aircraft, Tupolev, the United Aircraft Corporation … Also, for the first time since 2014, Rosatom enterprises were included in the list.
In total, the list includes 45 Russian and 58 Chinese organizations.
The fact that the US Department of Commerce introduced new sanctions against Russia became known on December 18. New restrictions were introduced against those who were allegedly involved in activities “that are contrary to national security or US interests in international politics.”
