Express: vaccinated against COVID-19 experienced nausea and loss of appetite with omicron

Doctors have uncovered two unusual symptoms of the omicron strain of COVID-19 in those vaccinated, writes the Express edition.
The material indicates that in general, the coronavirus is characterized by a high fever, prolonged cough and a change or loss of taste and smell. At the same time, the omicron strain has a number of differences.
According to the epidemiologist, professor at King's College London, Tim Spector, vaccinated people who fell ill with omicron experienced nausea and loss of appetite. They had a low temperature, headache and sore throat. Some also complained of vomiting.
The material also lists the four main symptoms of the omicron – cough, weakness, and nasal congestion and runny nose.
Earlier, British researchers from the ZOE COVID Study described the symptoms of the omicron strain COVD-19. According to scientists, headache, runny nose, frequent sneezing, sore throat and increased fatigue are among the most common symptoms of the omicron-strain of coronavirus.
