The reasons for the withdrawal of votes are still unknown.

Jordan and Iraq withdrew their votes in a joint communiqué after the Peace Summit in < strong>Switzerland.

This is stated on the website of the Federal Swiss Council.

So far the reasons for the withdrawal of votes by these two countries are unknown.

Thus, the number of signatory countries decreased to 78, and the number of non-signatories increased to 15.

In addition to Iraq and Jordan, those who refused to sign the communiqué included: Armenia, Bahrain, Brazil, Colombia, the Vatican, India, Indonesia, Libya, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Thailand and the UAE.
