Two people became victims of the earthquake in Greece, another 20 were injured. This is reported by the Athens Macedonian News Agency.
According to him, as a result of powerful tremors in the city of Vati on the island of Samos, two schoolchildren were killed. We are talking about 15- and 17-year-olds – a girl and a young man who were returning from an educational institution. They were crushed by debris when the wall of the first floor of one of the buildings collapsed. The bodies of the children were removed from the ruins.
On the afternoon of October 30, an earthquake with a magnitude of 6.6 hit the Aegean Sea. 12 people became victims of tremors in Turkey, 522 more citizens were injured. Search and rescue work continues at the site of the destruction of 17 houses.
