Twitter has a new security mode that blocks unwanted comments. This is reported by representatives of the company in their blog.
The function will remove comments that contain objectionable language or insults and block their authors. So far, a mode aimed at reducing unwanted interactions is being tested on iOS, Android and Twitter.com among English-speaking accounts.
Accounts will be blocked for a week not only for the use of potentially dangerous vocabulary, but also for repeated replies or mentions.
Users who enable this mode will be able to view information about blocked accounts and tweets that have been marked by the system.
Earlier it became known that Twitter users will be able to complain about tweets with false information. Testing of the new button in the service took place among users of the United States, South Korea and Australia.
