Tutberidze admitted that it is more difficult to motivate boys. In her opinion, they cannot be interested in a better life for their children in the future. Also, the coach advised the athletes to be more demanding of themselves and not rejoice at not the most successful performances. “This is how we raise our boys, that they are weaker. Earlier, the choreographer of the Tutberidze group, Alexei Zheleznyakov, told why there are no strong skaters among the trainer's wards, performing in men's single skating. “I have two options. First, there are no eggs. Second, it is very difficult to break into both boys and girls, ”he explained.
