Coach Tutbiridze compared Russian figure skating critics with circus artists

Honored trainer of Russia Eteri Tutberidze compared critics to circus performers. She announced this in the program “Let them talk” on the air of the First Channel.
“When you read these comments of someone else and another, all the time you want to say:“ And-and-and who is entering the circus arena this time? ”, – said Tutberidze. She noted that she is trying to abstract herself from this, but sometimes she thinks and does not understand why journalists and bloggers are critical of the programs.
Tutberidze called the statements of critics that she “churns out youngsters” stupidity. “Our compatriots complain more about the rules and hate more than foreigners. They are raising this wave, ”she added.
The work of Tutberidze's coaching staff is often criticized. So, on December 6, the producer and wife of Yevgeny Plushenko, Yana Rudkovskaya, refused to consider Tutberidze the greatest coach. She stated that the mentor will be able to achieve this status if her athletes pass several Olympic Games.
The conflict between the coaching staffs of Plushenko and Tutberidze began after Alexander Trusova and Alena Kostornaya joined the group of the two-time Olympic champion from Sambo-70. Plushenko was accused of poaching athletes, he denied this fact. This season, the skaters are back.
