Trump's daughter plans to go to court over election campaigning of party members

Two huge billboards appeared in Manhattan's Times Square, from which Ivanka Trump smiles.

On the first, she points to the numbers that make up the number of deaths from coronavirus in New York, on the second, she does the same, but with her husband, Jared Kushner.

Both banners also feature black sacks of human corpses and the words “New Yorkers will suffer, this is their problem.”

The anti-advertising was ordered by the Lincoln Project, a committee of current and former Republicans who, by hook or by crook, are trying to prevent Trump from being re-elected in the upcoming 2020 elections.

They took a photo of Ivanka Trump from social networks. In the original, she is holding a can of black beans on it. And the quote belongs to her husband, Jared Kushner. She was taken from a newspaper article and cited not quite correctly, taken out of context. In its entirety, Kushner's words were: “Cuomo (Governor of New York – Ed.) Hasn't pounded the phone buttons hard enough to get ventilators for his state …. His people will suffer, and that's their problem.”

Trump and Kushner have already sent a request to the Lincoln Project to remove “false and malicious” billboards, threatening to go to court.

“Neither Ivanka Trump nor Jared Kushner have ever made such claims about human suffering,” said family lawyer Mark Kasovitz. – All this is nothing but outrageous and shameful slander.

He threatened the Lincoln Project with huge fines.
