Boris Johnson, ex -British Prime Minister, I am confident that Donald Trump will understand the impossibility of concluding an agreement with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.
The politician wrote about this in a column for NV.
According to him, we need to panic less about Trump’s possible victory in the US elections, since he was the first to transfer weapons to Ukraine, unlike his predecessor Barack Obama.
According to Johnson, Trump will at some point understand that it is impossible to conclude any agreements with Putin.
“So I think in the end he will be a president who will help protect democracy and support Ukraine. As for the ultra-Republicans who oppose aid to Ukraine, I think that will change after the presidential election,” he said Johnson.
Recall that the White House announced an emergency aid package for Ukraine in the form of weapons and equipment worth $300 million.
