Former US President Donald Trump: Putin beat Biden in the situation around Ukraine
Former US President Donald Trump expressed the opinion that Russian President Vladimir Putin beat the current American leader Joe Biden in the situation around Ukraine. He stated this while speaking at the Conference of US Conservative Circles, TASS reports.
According to the former head of the White House, the Russian leader turned out to be wiser than the American leadership. At the same time, Trump stressed that the point is not only that Vladimir Putin is smart, but that “US leaders are so stupid.”
In addition, Trump said that the conflict over Ukraine could have been avoided if he had remained in the post of head of state.
Earlier, Donald Trump complained that “Putin plays Biden like a drum.” He noted that what is happening is “unpleasant to watch.”
On February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the start of a special military operation to protect Donbass. His press secretary Dmitry Peskov said that its goal is the demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine, and the timing of the special operation will be determined by the supreme commander.
