US President Donald Trump has revealed plans for his coronavirus vaccination. He wrote on his Twitter page that he has no plans to get vaccinated yet.
“People working in the White House should get the vaccine a little later as part of the [vaccination of the country's population] program, if there is no particular need for it. I asked for this adjustment. I do not plan to get vaccinated, but I look forward to getting it at the right time, ”he wrote.
Earlier, The Washington Post, citing the spokesman for the National Security Council (SNB) at the White House, John Elliot, said that the United States decided to be the first to vaccinate high-ranking officials against COVID-19: they were included in the group of those who should receive a vaccine against coronavirus infections.
Before that, Bloomberg, citing sources, reported that US President Donald Trump and other high-ranking American officials will soon be offered to be vaccinated against coronavirus. According to the newspaper, the vaccine will be offered to officials performing vital functions for the country in all three branches of government.
