A federal court denied incumbent US President Donald Trump to review the results of the presidential election in another state – Wisconsin. RIA Novosti reports.
Judge Brett Ludwig ruled that Trump's suit should be dismissed, as the plaintiff failed to show clear violations of the local legislature's directives.
Earlier, the US Supreme Court rejected a lawsuit supported by the current American leader Donald Trump, which challenged the victory of Democrat Joseph Biden in the past presidential elections. The judges found no reason for Texas, which filed the lawsuit, to dispute the election results in four other states.
On November 3, 2020, the next presidential elections were held in the United States. The counting of votes and the proceedings on this issue are still ongoing. According to the media, Biden received the necessary number of electoral votes to win, thus beating Trump. The democrat has already proclaimed himself the elected president of the United States.
