Facebook recently announced that former US President Donald Trump will be able to restore his accounts in two years if certain conditions are met. Trump has already commented on this.
At the North Carolina Republican convention, Trump said he was not particularly interested in returning to Facebook.
Recall that Facebook restricted Donald Trump's account on January 6. This blockage was originally supposed to last until January 20, the day the former US president was to relinquish his powers. However, the restrictions were extended.
Facebook will allow Trump to reopen his account in two years. But if, after blocking, he again violates the rules of the social network, then a “strict system of rapidly increasing sanctions will be applied to him, up to the complete removal of his pages and accounts.”
