The Kellogg plan to end the war calls for freezing hostilities on the front line and starting Russian-Ukrainian negotiations.
Newly elected US President Donald Trump has appointed 80-year-old Keith Kellogg, a lieutenant general in the resignation. Earlier, Kellogg presented him with his plan to end the war in Ukraine.
Trump wrote about this on the Truth Social social network.
The president-elect said that Kellogg, who will become a special envoy for Ukraine and Russia, “has a distinguished military and business career,” including experience in national security.
“Together, we will secure PEACE THROUGH STRENGTH and make America and the world safe again!” Trump added.
