How the Kremlin is reacting to Trump's “disappointment”

Recently, on July 3, Trump and Putin had a telephone conversation. The US President, in another comment to the media regarding the conversation with the head of the Kremlin, said that he was “very disappointed.”

Of course, we are very attentive to all statements by President Trump. During the conversation, President Putin repeated that we are interested in achieving our goals during the special operation, and primarily to do so by political and diplomatic means, Putin's henchman said.

He cynically stated that as long as achieving these goals by “diplomatic means” is impossible, Russia will continue the so-called “special operation,” that is, a full-scale war against Ukraine.

In addition, Peskov noted that the Russian dictator informed Trump that he expected to agree on dates for the third round of negotiations with Ukraine.
