The rivals ignored the formal rules of decency and did not shake hands at the end of the debate. The men silently dispersed in different directions, hugged their wives, said goodbye to the crowd and left the hall.
Debate between Democrat and Republican took place on October 23 on the stage of the conference room at Belmont University. The discussion lasted about an hour and a half, during which time Biden and Trump touched upon six issues.
During the debate, the current US president accused his opponent Joe Biden of receiving money from Russia. Biden received $ 3.5 million from Russia, he said. At the same time, Trump added that he himself never received money from Russia.
