US President Donald Trump's niece Mary accused him of fraudulent inheritance after his father's death. She filed a lawsuit against the American leader, the other defendants are his sister Marianne Trump-Barry and the estate manager of their brother Robert, who died in August. Since the 1980s, according to a relative of Trump, Donald, Robert and Marianne Trump have taken control of the real estate empire they inherited and used various fraudulent schemes to make more money. In particular, Mary Trump claims that they have evaded taxes, defrauded business partners and raised rents for low-income residents.
Trump's niece also inherited part of the family business, however, since she was a minor, Donald, Robert Trump and their sister took over the property management. “They built a complex scheme to siphon off her assets and deceived about the real size of her share of the inheritance, making her think it was much smaller than the real one,” the publication said.
She demanded that the relatives compensate for the losses due to misleading about the real value and size of the property intended for her, as well as compensation in the amount of at least $ 500,000. “Fraud is not just a family business, it is a way of life,” concluded a relative of the American leader.
Mary Trump is the 55-year-old daughter of Donald Trump's late younger brother Fred. Her book Too Much and Always Not Enough: How My Family Created the Most Dangerous Man in the World, about the head of state, was published this summer.
