Former US President Trump: Biden deprived the country of energy independence

The current US administration has destroyed the state in one year, former President Donald Trump said in the podcast of the National Republican Senatorial Committee Red Zone.
According to him, the current head of state Joe Biden made a number of mistakes. Trump attributed the chaotic withdrawal of American troops from Afghanistan, rising inflation, disorder at the border and the situation with coronavirus in the United States to “failures”. “Our country was destroyed in one year,” the ex-head accused the president.
According to Trump, a lot of things in the country are “terrible”: for example, inflation is a consequence of erroneous policies in the energy sector. Trump clarified that the US used to be non-volatile, and Biden deprived the country of independence: now Americans are forced to turn to OPEC, Russia and other players.
Earlier, Trump criticized Biden because of the situation around Ukraine. According to him, he must “show strength” in this matter. Trump added that under Biden, the United States “lost respect.”
