Vladislav Tretyak
President of the Russian Ice Hockey Federation (FHR) Vladislav Tretyak left the board of the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF). This is reported on the website of the organization.
The IIHF said that the decision was made due to the sanctions of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), according to which State Duma deputies are not allowed to enter the governing bodies of international sports federations for two years. As a result, Tretiak will not be able to join the IIHF council until December 17, 2022.
