Brooklyn transgender Instagram model Nikki Secondino fatally stabbed her father and seriously injured her younger sister during an argument over a laptop.
New York Post reports.
Secondino, a 22-year-old suspect, has been charged with murder and returned to Rikers Island, where she is being held without bail after the December 29 attack on the family home.
Secondino has also been charged with assault and possession of a weapon.
“This defendant is accused of brutally murdering her own father and then stabbing her younger sister, allegedly after an altercation over a laptop. My office will be actively investigating this horrific case and seek justice for the victims,” Brooklyn District Attorney Eric Gonzalez said.

Secondino is accused of killing his 61-year-old father Carlo and seriously injuring her 19-year-old sister, Liana.
Defendant made a gruesome confession to police officers after she was arrested by Brooklyn detectives.
“I came out of the bedroom and saw my father sitting on the couch sleeping and I hit [his] head with a hammer. I grabbed my favorite German steel knife and hit him. My sister got out of her bedroom and tried to stop me, and then I stabbed her in the back, head and stomach. I wanted them dead,” Secondino said.
At first she told the police that a couple of intruders broke into the house and attacked her father and sister, but later changed her story.
When the first rescuers arrived on the scene, the wounded Liana told the police: “My sister stabbed me. Have you seen my father?”
Sources the police said that there were quarrels in the family before.
It is also reported that at the end of July, Nikki received temporary protection from her father and sister, claiming that Liana had threatened to kill her, and her father was “in the crowd”. The family court request comes after two incidents of threats and domestic violence earlier this month.
On July 15, Nikki called the police and stated that her father had threatened to kill her, and two days later she sister was charged with assault and disorderly conduct for allegedly tearing off window blinds and cutting Nikki's hand.
The judge agreed to sign an order to protect Nikki from her sister and father, sources said.
