Rescuers reported that they continue to provide assistance to tourists who were injured while climbing Hoverla in the Ivano-Frankivsk region.
According to the State Emergency Service, people came from the city of Southern Odessa region.
– As of 2:40 pm, the rescuers transported a man born in 1987 with a leg injury to the Zaroslyak sports base and handed it over to the doctors. At 2:30 pm, another injured person, a woman born in 1989, to whom rescuers were heading, was found. She was escorted,” the agency said in a statement.
Rescuers specified that the deceased was a woman born in 1965.
We will remind, earlier it became known that in Ivano-Frankivsk region, one of the tourists died while climbing Mount Hoverla. Two more received injuries of varying severity.
