Traffic accident in the Chernihiv region: the driver of the truck was informed of the suspicion

A truck driver involved in an accident in the Chernihiv region was reported on suspicion of a traffic violation, which resulted in the death of several people.

The case is being investigated under part 3. of article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, for which the punishment is in the form of imprisonment for a term of five to 10 years.

The issue is currently being resolved on the election of a preventive measure to a suspect in a fatal accident near Chernihiv.
