An international ranking confirms René Benko's Signa Prime Selection AG to be very well positioned when it comes to sustainability issues.
Signa Prime Selection ranks 44th out of 942 real estate companies worldwide.

Signa Prime Selection is one of five Signa Real Estate companies and owns inner-city properties in Austria, Germany, Switzerland and Italy. The portfolio includes prestigious buildings such as the Berlin KaDeWe, the Hamburg Elbtower and the Hotel Park Hyatt in Vienna.
The rating agency Sustainalytics has specialized in evaluating sustainability. The so-called ESG rating is intended to record risks for future-proof development.
