Joe Biden's schedule says that the NATO summit on Ukraine will begin on February 25 at 17:00 Moscow time

The emergency NATO summit on Ukraine will begin via videoconference on Friday, February 25 at 17:00 Moscow time. The time is disclosed in the work schedule of US President Joe Biden, TASS reports.
It is noted that the negotiations will be held in a format closed to journalists.
“9:00 (17:00 Moscow time). President [Biden] is meeting with other NATO heads of state and government at an emergency summit via videoconference to discuss the security situation in and around Ukraine,” the document says.
Earlier it was reported that NATO member countries agreed to hold a summit on the crisis in Ukraine and Russia's military operation in the Donbass on Friday, February 25. Many leaders of European countries will be in Brussels (where they will hold a NATO meeting) at the EU summit.
On February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that he had decided to conduct a special military operation to protect Donbass. He announced this during an address to fellow citizens. Putin also turned to outside forces that might try to pose a threat to Russia. According to him, Russia's response will be immediate.
