This year, TikTok will support the annual Digital Dictation campaign, which kicked off on April 9th. Popular content authors will try to pass the “Digital Dictation” live and check how well they are in using the Internet.
It is noted that a high level of digital literacy allows people to feel more confident on the Internet, to create and communicate freely. Users of the platform will learn more about smart digital consumption, and how to learn how to recognize fake news and counter cyber fraud and cyberbullying online.
As part of the campaign, all users will be able to share their own videos with the hashtags # DigitalOpen, #DigitalDictation, #DigitalDictation.
Digital dictation on TikTok has a schedule:
April 10: Head of the Digital Dictation project and deputy director of the Russian Association for Electronic Communications (RAEC) Sergey Grebennikov will tell users how to behave correctly when the administrator asks for a password from the page.
April 14: Popular blogger and Wylsacom YouTube channel author, Valentin Petukhov, will tell you how to safely broadcast live on a social network.
April 16: Director of RAEC, Sergey Plugotarenko, will hold a conversation on the Internet of things and artificial intelligence.
