A video resume function has appeared on the TikTok social network. It is reported by the 9to5mac portal with reference to the Cnet agency. Representatives of TikTok confirmed this information and noted that the video resume of the hiring will be the first step towards completely eliminating “paper” documents – in Word and PDF formats.
Also, representatives of the social network stressed that they are confident in the rapid spread of this approach. They noted that the first service they believe will follow TikTok will be LinkedIn.
It is also reported that TikTok launched this video resume feature more than a month ago, but in test mode, and now it has been opened to all users. It is not yet known when this will affect Russian users.
