Tide made cleaning products for the ISS: now astronauts can wash clothes

Tide has announced a partnership with NASA to develop special cleaning products for zero gravity environments.

Now, special pencils and napkins will be used to clean clothes on board the ISS. This does not require water consumption and a washing machine.

Previously, cosmonauts and astronauts had to replace their clothes after they were soiled: for washing, uniforms had to be delivered to Earth.
