“He began to remove the flowers and destroy the memorial. I asked what he was doing with the flowers and said that it was in memory of Navalny, the man who fought for country and for freedom… He raises his hand with the package that I am holding on to, and then sharply lowers it down so that I fall and scream in pain. He stretched me across the asphalt. I have injuries from the impact, knee bruises, abrasions on the elbow, arm, hand. And, obviously, I hit my head, so my head hurt for quite a long time,” the woman said.

After the confrontation, the consulate officer disappeared behind the gate and threw the bag of flowers into a trash container. The victim contacted the police and recorded her injuries.
