Three stages of human aging have been identified
Researchers from Stanford University (USA) stated that a person does not age every day. This process, in their opinion, takes place in three stages, writes Focus.
The experiment involved volunteers from 18 to 95 years old. More than four thousand blood plasma samples were analyzed. It turned out that for many years the proportion of certain proteins in the blood did not change. And only at certain boundaries, their sharp fluctuations were observed.
Each of the stages refers to certain age points. Experts believe that these are 34, 60 and 78 years old. Scientists believe that this is the age of aging.
It was previously found that vitamin K deficiency has been recognized as a cause of early aging. Vitamin K is found in green foods. It is especially important for children and the elderly.
