In Moscow, a court arrested for two months a native of Tajikistan, Mikhail Garibshoev, who beat a passer-by and a Muscovite who stood up for him. RIA Novosti reports.
According to the agency, the incident took place on November 17. Garibshoev quarreled with a passer-by at the Krylatskoye metro station, and then beat the man. A 39-year-old Muscovite tried to stop the fight. In response to the remark, Garibshoev hit the woman in the face.
The Russian woman was rescued by three young people from Chechnya. They stopped the Tajik and handed over to the police. The detainee was charged under Part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Hooliganism”).
The victim with a broken arm and a concussion was taken to the hospital. The beaten passer-by did not wait for the ambulance to arrive and left the scene.
