The shooting in Miami-Dade County, Florida, killed three people and injured six.
According to ABC News, the incident took place in a restaurant in Miami-Dade County at night, when fire was opened from a parked car on people leaving the institution.
Six victims were hospitalized, they are in stable condition.
The search for the shooters is underway.
In late May, police reported two dead and 20 injured in the Miami shooting.
