A 40-year-old man will be tried in Donetsk region, who persuaded a minor to use drugs, and then raped.
The incident took place in Mariupol on the evening of September 26. The suspect invited a 17-year-old girl to a rented apartment. She came to visit in a state of alcoholic intoxication.
How the girl met an older man, law enforcement officers do not specify.
After a while, the suspect began to actively show signs of attention and hint at a minor about sexual intercourse, however, she refused the stranger.
Continuing the conversation, the 42-year-old man suggested that the girl try & # 8220; interesting & # 8221; psychotropic drug.
He personally gave his victim three injections and waited for the drugs to take effect. When it became clear that the girl would not resist, the man raped her.
What the police say
The law enforcers established that on the day of the crime the detainee was in Mariupol on a business trip, and he himself comes from Dnepropetrovsk region. Who the man worked is not reported.
Criminal proceedings were opened under Part 3 of Art. 152, part 2 of Art. 315 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. We are talking about the rape of a minor and persuading her to use psychotropic substances.
On December 30, the court received an indictment: the first court hearings in the case will begin soon. If the man's guilt is proven, he faces up to twelve years in prison.
