Russia can't settle down. So, its head of the useless Foreign Ministry, Sergei Lavrov, once again declared “demilitarization and denazification.”
He made this statement in an interview released on December 27. In it, the head of the ministry noted that the war would continue until the government of Ukraine capitulates.
Russia insists on its own conditions
According to Lavrov, Ukraine and the West “are well aware of Russia's proposal to demilitarize and denazify” the territory controlled by Ukraine. And if our state does not listen to the demands of the Kremlin, then the so-called “special operation” will continue. A sluggish and insignificant threat, given the fact that in more than 10 months our state has only increased its power.
The Institute for the Study of War clearly laid out what Russia wants:
- “demilitarization” – the desire to deprive Ukraine of the ability to resist the aggressor country;
< li>“denazification” is a call for regime change in Ukraine.
Note that Lavrov announced the controlled territories for a reason. He called on Ukraine and the United States to recognize that the Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions are now part of Russia. But, of course, no one is going to admit anything. The whole world saw the sur, which the occupiers called the “referendum”. True, and that's not all…
The United States is allegedly responsible for the continuation of the war
In the favorite traditions of the Kremlin manuals, Lavrov blamed the United States for everything. This despite the fact that in the same interview he emphasized that the principled position of Ukraine is forcing Russia to continue the war.
So, in an interview, Lavrov stressed that it was the United States that was responsible for the continuation of the war. Like, they can “put an end to the senseless resistance” of Ukraine. We don't know what the Foreign Minister is talking about. But we know for sure that the weapons handed over to our state by international partners bring us closer to victory every day.
There were also vague statements about Putin's desire for negotiations. Like, he voiced it on December 25th. But analysts at the Institute, having studied what the Kremlin dictator said, do not see in his words a desire for a peace process. The drafters of the report are convinced that he did not put forward serious conditions for the negotiation process.
He again complained about the war with NATO
There were mentions of NATO's alleged participation in the war. Like, the United States and its NATO allies are striving for “victory over Russia on the battlefield” in Ukraine. And what is this, Lavrov emphasized in an interview, – “a mechanism for significantly weakening or even destroying” Russia
He is partly right. But only in part, because Ukraine is fighting for its freedom and trying to win back its own territories. And if this causes the collapse of Russia, it will be only because its bloody dictator destroyed everything with his own hands.
By the way, Lavrov also complained thatthe US military planned to eliminate Vladimir Putin. We're definitely not sure that there is someone to remove. After all, there is a very high probability that there are several doubles of the president in Russia. And they calmly replace each other at the moments necessary for this.
To sum up, in Lavrov's head Ukraine is a puppet of the United States. And he will not give up this painful fantasy. After all, it is difficult for an enslaved people to understand that a free and indestructible nation can live nearby. A nation of those who will defend every inch of their native land that their neighbor wants to brazenly steal.
But Lavrov would better follow the statistics of Russia's losses in the war against Ukraine. Recall that the other day we managed to cross the mark of 100,000 liquidated occupiers. To be more precise, we are talking about 103,220 fighters who could hypothetically reincarnate into white Ladas.
