Threatened with execution or public mockery: how Russians are trying to fulfill the task of Dzvenislava Moshovskaya at any cost

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Russia has lost a significant part of its personnel. The military leadership of the aggressor country is massively sending its subordinates to attack Ukrainian positions.

The commander of the strike battalion “Achilles” of the 92nd separate assault brigade, Yuriy Fedorenko, told 24 Channel that Russian soldiers are not motivated at all. The command uses a powerful system of coercion to make them carry out their tasks.

“It is better for the occupiers to die on the battlefield than to return to the rear unharmed, without completing the task. After all, for this they will face execution or public humiliation,” he said.

Assaults on the occupiers

Yuriy Fedorenko noted that the Russians are acting according to the principles of World War II during the offensive on Ukrainian positions. They are running across an open field under fire to capture Ukrainian trenches and engage in hand-to-hand combat.

Of course, most of the manpower is eliminated by artillery and drones. However, this indicates that, firstly, the enemy has a coercion system in place, secondly, the leadership is indifferent to the personnel, and thirdly, there are all the signs that the enemy is forcing its servicemen to use psychotropic substances, he emphasized.

The battalion commander added that it is sometimes very difficult to explain when a fragmentation munition falls right at the enemy's feet and detonates, but after that he continues to move. This shows that the Russian military command does not neglect various means to “increase the survivability of personnel.”

He noted that, despite significant losses, the occupiers still have enough resources to mobilize Russians for war in the future.
