The Polish opposition holds a mass rally in Warsaw ahead of tense elections.
In Warsaw, the “March of Million Hearts” gathered about 800 thousand people who took to the streets of the city two weeks before the parliamentary elections in the country.

The “March of Million Hearts” event was organized by Poland's most opposition liberal party, the Civic Platform. According to its leaders, the event could decide Poland's future in the European Union and its democratic status.
With such a Sunday march, the Polish opposition aims to demonstrate the approach of “big changes.”< /p>
The rally itself should be the largest event in recent decades that will encourage people to take part in the elections.
“Big changes are coming. This is a sign of the rebirth of Poland,” said Civic Platform leader Donald Tusk during the rally.
Tusk said that the pro-government Polish Law and Justice party may want to take Poland out of the EU, and also called the elections decisive for the rights of minorities and women.
Warsaw city authorities said about a million people attended the capital's largest rally ever.
Online news channel onet.pl reported that it estimated about 600 people attended the rally -800 thousand people.
Meanwhile, the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba said that Ukraine does not intend to enter into a “grain war” with Poland amid the conflict between the countries over prohibited exports.
