“This is Russia's war, not just Putin's. Not Putin, but real Russian soldiers come from Russia to kill, torture and destroy. Russians in most of them support the war, rejoice in rocket attacks on Ukrainian cities and the killing of Ukrainians. Then let Russian tourists enjoy Russia,” Kuleba said.
Recall that Estonia has decided to close the borders for Russian citizens with Schengen visas issued by the republic, with some exceptions. In particular, it will be open to employees of a diplomatic mission or consular post and members of their families who are in Estonia.
