In Khmelnytsky region, a naked woman was found dead in the basement of a five-story building. The probable killer has already been detained.
The incident took place in Starokonstantinov. The first woman's corpse was seen by one of the residents of the house at 17, Mira Street. He went downstairs to bring empty cans into his basement.
– I look, the silhouette. At first I thought it was a jacket. Came closer, I see a man. I quickly went out and called 102. It was dark, we have no light in our basement, – recalls Vyacheslav.
Local residents were not surprised by the terrible incident, because near their house there is a filling machine. It was there, according to police, that a 41-year-old woman in the company of a friend was seen for the last time.
Elena and his 12-year-old Alexei drank the whole evening, after which they took a two-liter bottle of beer and went to look for a place for intimacy.
– I saw how men carried her out of the basement. The legs were bare, even without stockings, – a neighbor, Ekaterina Ivanovna, told reporters.
The city police knew the deceased Elena well: she did not work anywhere, lived in a village near Starokonstantinovo and was mentally unstable.
The neighbors of the deceased woman confirmed that she often ran through the streets and stopped cars , and also broke windows in the houses of neighbors.
What the probable killer told
The suspect in the murder of an older friend is 29-year-old Aleksey. The police detained the man the day after they found the woman's body.
During interrogation, confessed to murder. The suspect's words were corroborated by CCTV footage installed near the drink.

The man said that he spent the evening in Elena's company, but after the beer ran out, they had a conflict. He pushed the woman to the floor and began to strangle her.
The police also confirmed that the body of the deceased had been lying in the basement for about a week.
