As noted, analysts of the Molfar Internet community identified MIG pilots, military personnel from military unit 06987 at the Engels airfield and military unit 33310 from Shaikovka.
“They are the ones involved in the attack on the Okhmatdyt children's hospital and Ukrainian cities on July 8, 2024. Data, photos, contacts of 95 Russian pilots, commanders, engineers and their families, giving orders and launching missiles at hospitals, residential homes and children. And yes, the missile strike was targeted,” said Andrey Tsaplienko.
Recall that Zelensky announced a response to the Kremlin for the massive missile attack on Ukraine.
