Russian sabotage groups have discovered a new “loophole”. They enter Ukraine from Europe under the identity of journalists video agencies Ruptly. This was reported by the Center for Counteracting Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council.
It is noted that the Russian video news agency has an office in Berlin and may use other names, for example: “Redfish Channel” or “Agency Maffick”.
